Page.1 of 4 <br /> 4 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1883 <br /> THE ZONING AND LAND REGULATION COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT Conditional Use Permit #1883 for a cellular communications <br /> tower subject to conditions. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: August 10, 2004 <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> A part of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Blooming Grove <br /> described as follows : Beginning at the Southeast corner of <br /> said Section 36; thence S87°12 ' 48" West, along the South <br /> line of said quarter Section 342 . 65 feet; thence N08°15' 39" <br /> West, 54 . 72 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> S81°44' 21" West, 108 . 71 feet; thence N08°15' 39" West, 208 . 71 <br /> feet; thence N81°44 ' 21" East, 208 . 71 feet; thence S08°15' 39" <br /> East, 208 . 71 feet; thence S81°44 ' 21" West, 100 . 00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) The primary use of the communication tower permitted under <br /> Conditional Use Permit No. 1883 shall be for the <br /> transmission and reception of cellular/PCS wireless <br /> telecommunication equipment . <br /> 2) The communication tower placed, constructed or modified <br /> under Conditional Use Permit No. 1883 shall accommodate the <br /> collocation of at least two additional PCS/cellular antenna <br /> arrays . The maximum height of the tower shall not exceed <br /> 150 feet above ground level (AGL) . <br /> 3) The minimum of two collocation sites required hereunder need <br /> not be available on the tower as initially placed, <br /> constructed, or modified, provided that the tower will <br /> support the later addition of the required number of <br /> collocation sites . <br /> 4) Collocation sites required hereunder shall upon request be <br /> made available by the holder of Conditional Use Permit No. <br /> 1883 for the mounting of technologically compatible antenna <br /> arrays and equipment at the prevailing market rate in the <br /> region and upon contractual provisions which are standard in <br /> the industry. <br /> 5) Subject to further conditions set forth herein as to total <br /> floor area and location, the holder of Conditional Use <br /> Permit No. 1883 and any user collocating on the tower <br />
