(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
The corner being held is not the corner according to the tie sheet listed below. CSM No. 6249 by Robert
Richardson in 1990 broke down Section 13 prior to the tie sheet being created. The North 1/4 corner of
Section 13 was set equal distance between the NW and NE corners which was 25.4 feet east of the
north-south fence. The original government notes show the distance along the North line of Section 13 as
79.80 chains(5266.8') of which we currently measure 5239.18' being 27.62'short. The original government
notes call for an equal distance split of 39.9 chains (2633.4')to the N 1/4 corner. The distance to the current
split is approximately 2619.6' however the distance from one direction to the fence corner does not match the
original split distance either.
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1)an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(gbh)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
August 1, 1995-Thom Grenlie set a 1" Iron Pipe in a 4-way fence corner and used air photos to confirm the
fences. (See notes above on discrepancy.)
(j) I, Kevin C. Lord Affix Land Surveyor Seal
hereby, certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my . ,•direction and correct and that this U.S. Public ,• CSC O NSA
Land Survey Monument Record is correct ••
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
KEVIN C. •
LORD
S-2645 *
• MADISON,
WIS. ••Q .
SUR
Signature Date
