Two of the <br /> previous reference ties established by Weir were recovered and checked well. A third reference tie was bent <br /> but spun approximately 12" below grade and checked reasonably well. A second iron pipe was located 0.65' <br /> southwesterly of the corner and is leaning south. The location of the 1" Iron Pipe against the wooden fence <br /> post was accepted based on the verification of existing ties and being at the northerly extension of a <br /> north-south fenceline to the south along an occupation line.
