DANE COUNTY PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD <br /> This record shall show the location of the corner and shall include all of the following nine elements (a <br /> through j). <br /> (a) CORNER LOCATION MARK CORNER LOCATION <br /> SECTION NUMBER: 20 <br /> TOWNSHIP 05 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST <br /> 20 <br /> • <br /> DANE COUNTY COORDINATES <br /> NORTHING: 412,799.81 <br /> EASTING: 865,010.25 <br /> HORIZONTAL DATUM &ADJUSTMENT: NAD 83(NSRS 2011) DANE COUNTY <br /> ORTHOMETRIC HEIGHT: 858.06 VERTICAL DATUM: (NAVD 88) <br /> (b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence,testimonial evidence or <br /> any other material evidence you considered, and whether the monument was found or placed. <br /> A 1" Iron Rebar was found along with fence remnants and a wooden fence post according to survey map no. <br /> 445-L by Harry Bridwell completed in 1970. The location of the iron rebar is 0.95'west and 0.20' north of the <br /> intersection of the North-South and East-West 1/4 section lines as located. The location of the 1" Iron Rebar <br /> was accepted based on the use according to the previous survey, location at the apparent occupation corner <br /> with fence remnants, and proximity of the actual intersection of the 1/4 section lines.
