The location of the iron rebar is 0.95'west and 0.20' north of the <br /> intersection of the North-South and East-West 1/4 section lines as located. The location of the 1" Iron Rebar <br /> was accepted based on the use according to the previous survey, location at the apparent occupation corner <br /> with fence remnants, and proximity of the actual intersection of the 1/4 section lines.
