The Iron Pipe was set by Arden <br /> Sandsnes for Survey Plat 6031-L and falls approximately 0.35'west of the North-South 1/4 line and basically <br /> on the East-West 1/4 line. The location of the 1 1/4" Iron Pipe was accepted based on being nearly at the <br /> intersection of the 1/4 lines, at the occupation corner, and as used in the surveys of the area.
