The railroad spike has <br /> been used and shown on surveys including CSM No. 11893 and 13487. The distances between adjacent <br /> section corners check well with that shown on the surveys. The location of the Railroad Spike in Leslie Road <br /> was accepted as the section corner based on verification of the distances between existing section corners <br /> and as it is used in surveys in the area.
