(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1)an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(gbh)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so,show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
December 8, 1965 -Arden Sandsnes found the center of section but does not indicate the monument material
on the tie sheet.
May 22, 2002 - David Riesop has a note on the center of section on Plat of Survey 2002-00943. The center
has been set in different locations throughout. Hough had set it equi-distant from the 1/4 corners in 1855.
Marcy established it on a straight line with 1/4 corners in 1895. Hintze set it back at equi-distant in 1910 where
he states his corner was 8.75 feet north of Marcy's. An iron rod was found lying down 1' under the water
approximately 10 feet north of the current iron pipe set by Weir in 1965. Riesop accepted the Weir location as
it has been used for CSM's 5024 and 8210 and Weir surveys 5017 and 6681-L. As per Weirs survey 5017,
the corner was set at the straight line intersection of the 1/4 lines. This does not agree with the E-W distance
to the Railroad right-of-way shown on Blue Book Survey Vol. 1, Page 308 but is within 5 feet and angle of the
tracks is such that distance could vary if not measured on same E-W line.
(j) I, Kevin C.
