The pinch top pipe <br /> apparently set by Andrew Dahlen in 1960 for the plat of the First Addition to Riverwood Estates and checked <br /> with other irons in the plat. This pipe has also been used as the 1/4 corner for various certified surveys in <br /> Section 16, and the subdivision of Section 16 (Weir Map 8913L). <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
