(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction.
Show the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found
perpetuated location?
(2) a found perpetuated location
(g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location.
No
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
- On April 4, 1856, William Hough set a stake in mound at this corner by equal distance between
the north, south, east and west quarter corners.
- On October 19, 1983, George Weir set a 1" iron pipe using William Hough survey (equal distance
between the north, south, east and west quarter corners). The distances on this survey show that
George Weir did not set the center equal distance between the east and west quarter corners. -
Survey 11225L.
- On April 4, 2006, David Riesop computed this corner at equal distance between the north and
south quarter corners. The West 1/4 corner was moved since the center was set by Weir. Riesop
states that a straight line between the north and south quarter line fits existing fence at the center
and other fence lines. - Dane County Certified Survey Map 11756
- On September 29, 2008, Daniel Birrenkott set the southeast corner of the NE-SE. It appears that
he computed this corner on a straight line at equal distance between the north and south quarter
corners. - Dane County Certified Survey Map 12565
(j) I, Richard Marks, Professional Land Surveyor number 5-1473 hereby certify that the corner location
shown on this record was determined by me or under my direction and is correct. This U.S. Public
Land Survey Monument Record is complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
6/29/2016
Richard Marks Date
Professional Land Surveyor number S-1473
Affix Land Surveyor seal _ „ « , ►
d/
/ Si 1
RICHARD W. °; 4 kr. 1 i —
• MARKS g• o `, `` c -•-
•S-1473 S q r ';t.
w % SAUK CITY. f
WIS.
'ti
e
°.e, 1000 . i v
4 A .....
• {® ,..
