P. Drake found the old stake hole and <br /> one stump of bearing tree. He set a stone for the corner. - Bluebook volume 5, page 582 <br /> - On February 1, 1918, Phillip Hintze set a 6" x 6" concrete monument in place of a stone and <br /> signs of U.S. bearing trees on Resurvey of Township of Pleasant Springs. <br /> - On September 27, 1976, Thom R. Grenlie found a 1 1/4" rebar and set an aluminum monument <br /> in it's place. - Monument Reference Sheet. <br /> - On May 30, 1989, Arden Sandsnes found a 1 1/4" rebar at this corner contrary to Thom R. <br /> Grenlie setting an aluminum monument. - Monument Reference Sheet. <br /> - On March 10, 1992, Donald Paulson found a 1 1/4" rebar at this corner. - Monument Reference <br /> Sheet. <br /> (j) I, Richard Marks, Professional Land Surveyor number 5-1473 hereby certify that the corner location <br /> shown on this record was determined by me or under my direction and is correct.
