He did not set the corner. <br /> - On February 21, 2014,James Baker accepted the corner location by David Riesop and set a 1 1/4" <br /> solid round iron rod at the corner. - Monument Reference Sheet. <br /> (j) I, Richard Marks, Professional Land Surveyor number S-1473 hereby certify that the corner location <br /> shown on this record was determined by me or under my direction and is correct.
