Marcy set an iron stake at the corner. -Bluebook Survey Volume 1, Page 195. <br /> - On February 1, 1918, Phillip Hintze set a concrete monument at the location of the iron stake set by <br /> Marcy. -Resurvey of Township of Pleasant Springs. <br /> - On September 8, 1980, Thom Grenlie found the concrete monument set by Hintze 16" below the surface <br /> and set an aluminum monument over the top of it at the road surface. -Monument Reference Sheet. <br /> - On July 14, 1984, Michael Clayton found the aluminum monument set by Grenlie. -Condition Report Sheet. <br /> - On November 12, 1997, Kurt Meyers found the aluminum monument prior to highway construction of <br /> County Highway "N". Meyers set a Survey Nail with stamp in place of the found aluminum monument after <br /> highway construction. -Monument Reference Sheet. <br /> - On January 9, 2015, David Riesop found the Survey Nail set by Meyers and established ties. -Monument <br /> Reference Sheet. <br /> (j) I, Richard Marks, Professional Land Surveyor number 5-1473 hereby certify that the corner location <br /> shown on this record was determined by me or under my direction and is correct.
