Attached is a list of suggested conditions that the Town may want to use as part of the <br /> review. <br /> • The commercial zoning area would be limited exclusively to an engine testing <br /> facility. <br /> • Hours of operation and testing would be limited. <br /> • A road use agreement would be required. <br /> • A maximum sound level would be set and be required to be verified. The limit <br /> is 30decibels lower than what was in their proposal for testing the larger <br /> rockets. This could be changed to allow higher levels or possibly set a number <br /> of sets exceeding the levels. The limit would be negotiated. The 70 decibels at <br /> 2300 feet is a very tolerable limit for a residential area. <br /> Also attached is the general deed restriction format that the county uses.
