The Department's review is based upon the examination of(1)the"Soil and Site <br /> Evaluation Report"as submitted by the Certified Soil Tester, Daniel Birrenkott, CST# 220925, and 2) <br /> the results of an on-site inspection by the Department on 4/16/2009. Based upon such examinations, it <br /> is the opinion of the Department that the exact areas inspected appear to meet the minimum <br /> requirements of Wisconsin Administrative Code ch COMM 83 for the installation of the following type(s) <br /> of system(s): <br /> Conventional Soil Absorption System <br /> The final system design must comply with all State and County code criteria, including a <br /> minimum of three soil pits per system area. <br /> The above opinion is advisory only. Any disturbance to the exact area that was investigated, including <br /> compaction, excavation, refilling or removal of soil, will invalidate this opinion.
