The plan includes the <br /> following requirements: <br /> 1. The site will only be accessed off Williams Point Drive using the existing driveway. No <br /> other site access may be used and material deposited in the road will be cleaned up at the <br /> end of each workday. <br /> 2. Silt fence or silt sock(12"diameter or approved equivalent) must be installed prior to <br /> grading in the locations shown on the plan and where deemed necessary, including down <br /> slope of all soil stockpiles. The silt fence or sock must be maintained until the site is <br /> vegetated and stabilized. <br /> 3. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle <br /> traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as"undisturbed"or"vegetated buffer" <br /> on the plan. In the event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control <br /> measures will be required. <br /> 4. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is scheduled to begin upon receipt of all required <br /> permits. <br /> All disturbed areas on site must be restored with permanent seed and mulch by <br /> May 30, 2010. <br /> The construction site will follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation.
