Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1665 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10 .255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions . <br /> FOR: Telecommunications Tower Site. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 01/09/01 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS : <br /> Part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Pleasant <br /> Springs, described as follows : The North 560 feet of the West <br /> 480 feet of the said E 1/2 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 . <br /> CONDITIONS : <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1 . The primary use of the communication tower permitted under <br /> Conditional Use Permit No. 1665 shall be for the mounting of <br /> equipment for Personal Communication Services (PCS) <br /> transmissions/receptions/receptions and Cellular Telephone <br /> equipment . <br /> 2 . The communication tower placed, constructed or modified under <br /> Conditional Use Permit No. 1665 shall accommodate, at a minimum <br /> height of 190 feet above grade (not to exceed 200 feet) , at the <br /> location adjacent to the existing tower, the collocation of three <br /> to four additional antenna arrays similar in size and function to <br /> that placed on the tower by the holder of said permit . <br /> 3. The collocation sites required hereunder need not be <br /> available on the tower as initially placed, constructed, or <br /> modified, provided that the tower will support at the specified <br /> minimum height the later addition of the required number of <br /> collocation sites . <br /> 4 . Collocation sites required hereunder shall upon request be <br /> made available by the holder of Conditional Use Permit No. 1665 <br /> for the mounting of technologically compatible antenna arrays and <br />
