It was <br /> that a location survey will be required to verify locational compliance. A location survey was <br /> required after the foundation was complete. A violation letter was sent on November 20, <br /> 2009 and at this time a location survey,has not been submitted. <br /> Continuation of building without having submitted a location survey constitutes a violation <br /> of the zoning permit conditions and of the Dane County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 10.25 <br /> (see below). Further enforcement action may result. <br /> Your deadline for submitting the.location survey is: March 30,2010. <br /> (30m) Location survey. As indicated in this ordinance refers to survey information prepared by a licensed surveyor indicating the <br /> location of property lines and building location distan es from those property lines for the specific portions of the building indicated <br /> in this ordinance. Such surveys are not required to p ovide all the parcel information set forth by Wisconsin Administrative Code <br /> Chapter A-# 7.02 Minimum Standards for Property.Surveys item A-E 7.01 (2) but may exclude unnecessary information as <br /> permitted in A-E 7.01 (2)and provide only the information required by the zoning ordinance but such information must comply with <br /> the accuracy standard required by A-E 7.06 Measurements. <br /> (a)Location Survey <br /> A location survey as defined herein shall be submitted to the zoning division for all construction,which will be located less than 10' <br /> from required setback lines. The survey shall be done at the time when foundations or basement walls are completed.
