<br /> The driveway accessing the building site on the property was viewed this date by
<br /> members of the Town Board. The driveway was first established in 1989 with some
<br /> additional improvements in 1993. It is our understanding that a driveway permit was'
<br /> not ordered at the start of construction in 1989. One criteria that was in effect
<br /> time was the 12% maximum grade allowable at any one place in the drive. Our

<br /> observation is that the driveway is at the maximum 12%grade at the upper end az _7

<br /> However,the driveway has a good solid base with gravel. All shoulders are well

<br /> culverts controlling runoff. There is no evidence of any type of erosion taking place
