Shore,CPESC <br /> Urban Erosion Control Analyst <br /> RE: Bosben Driveway—Erosion Control Plan,EC2006-0206 <br /> The submitted erosion control plan meets the needs of the site and includes the following conditions: <br /> 1. The site will only be accessed off Bosben Road using a stone-tracking pad. The pad will be a <br /> minimum of 50' long x 12' wide x 12"deep and will be constructed of 3-inch clear stone. No other <br /> site access may be used and material deposited in the road will be cleaned up at the end of each <br /> workday <br /> 2. Silt fence will be installed prior to grading down slope of the disturbed areas as shown on the plan <br /> and where deemed necessary. The silt fence will be maintained until the site is vegetated and <br /> stabilized. <br /> 3. Culvert(s), if installed,shall have the outfall(s)protected with a stone weeper as shown on the plan. <br /> 4. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage,vehicle traffic or <br /> grading may occur in the areas identified as"undisturbed"or"vegetated buffer"on the plan. In the <br /> event any of these areas are disturbed,additional erosion control measures will be required. <br /> 5. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is planned to begin September 15, 2006. <br /> All disturbed areas on the site must be permanently seeded and mulched(or erosion matted) <br /> by October 15,2006. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan(October 15, <br /> 2006)and may only be amended prior to permit expiration. This review is only for the requirements of <br /> Chapter 14,Dane County Code of Ordinances and other approvals may be necessary. The applicant must <br /> obtain a permit card from the Zoning counter and display it on the site prior to disturbing ground.
