A site inspection was conducted on November <br /> 25, 2008. It was observed that a 20' x 20' x 12' accessory building was constructed south and <br /> east of 2881 County Highway T. <br /> Under Section 10.25(2)(a) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances, a Dane County zoning <br /> permit is required for the construction of a new accessory building. <br /> This letter serves as a notice that your property, south and east of 2881 County Highway T is in <br /> violation of the ordinance. A new 20' x 20' x 12' accessory building was constructed and there is <br /> no zoning permit on file. <br /> You are hereby instructed to obtain a Dane County zoning permit within thirty(30) days of the <br /> date of this letter.
