Hi Shawn, <br /> Kyle and I did some measuring this weekend. To have the fence/pergola be in compliance, we would need to move the <br /> structure back an additional 15', since the house was approx. 27' from the right of way line we discussed. Moving it <br /> back an additional 15' would give us that 42' clearance. <br /> So, that would put the fence basically at the edge of the existing concrete patio and we are ok with that because we still <br /> get the privacy we want for the hot tub/bedroom window area since our bedroom window is nearly at ground/waist <br /> level. <br /> Here is the drawing. We are talking about the dark red/red lines basically running parallel with the concrete patio, <br /> which then turns into a green line with no pergola. Let me know if you need anything else for approval—I'm hoping I <br /> don't have to re-submit everything again. I did get approval for the fence today (the 6' solid portion) and once I get your <br /> approval I will forward that to the building inspector as well. <br /> Let me know if you need anything else. <br /> Thanks! <br /> 3 <br />
