DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 9265 <br /> i ending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of <br /> Springfield be amended to include in the C-1 Commercial District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9265 <br /> Being part of the NE 1/4,SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Springfield described as follows: Commencing at the East <br /> quarter corner of said Section 21, thence S89°04'50" West, 1071.70 feet; thence S00°36'05" East, 781.80 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. Thence continue S00°36'05" East, 164.60 feet; thence S89°23'55" West, 211.23 feet; <br /> thence N00°36'05"West, 164.60 feet; thence N89°23'55"East,211.23 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following condition(s). <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1) Deed restrict the property as follows: <br /> a. No off-site signage; <br /> b. The only signage allowed is a maximum of a 32 square foot sign attached to a building; <br /> c. The only uses permitted are those identified in §10.13(1)(j), Dane County Code of Ordinances, <br /> more specifically, woodworking shops, machine shops,manufacturing and assembly plants. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s) will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE:_fp/_ 7 o 5 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the <br /> provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
