The development is subject to the following permit requirements: <br /> 1. The maintenance agreement for permanent stormwater management practices must be <br /> recorded with the Register of Deeds and a financial security document for 110%of the expected <br /> cost of erosion control and stormwater management ($20,350) must be submitted prior to <br /> permit issuance. <br /> 2. All components of the stormwater management system must be constructed in accordance with <br /> the approved plans and applicable WI DNR and Dane County standards. <br /> 3.
