The average height of the detached garage addition was in excess of 12'. I've reduce <br /> the height and have attached new plans. He said to email them to you before coming into the office again. (I also <br /> tried to submit this application online, but the system doesn't appear to be working.) <br /> I'm also working with the Dane County Land Conservation Divison since I'm within 1000' of a pond. I'm meeting <br /> with them this afternoon to finalize the shoreland erosion control permit. Once that is complete, I believe I should <br /> be all set for the zoning permit. <br /> Besides the shoreland erosion control permit, is there anything else I need to do in order to comply with the <br /> requirements needed for the zoning permit?
