DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7806 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the of Town of Cottage Grove. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and RH-1 Rural Homes and LC-1 Limited Commercial District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER. 7806 TO RH-1: Part of the W 1/2 SW 114 of Section 29, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 29; thence North along the West line of Section 29 a distance of 1320 feet to the Northwest corner of the SW 114 SW 114 of said Section 29;thence East along the North line of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 29 a distance of 1 675 feet, more or less, to the Easterly right-of-way line of Femrite Drive; thence N25°West along the Easterly right-of-way line of Femrite Drive 275 feet to the point of beginning;thence S70° East 500 feet; thence S20° West 525 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of Femrite Drive;thence N25°West along the Easterly right-of-way line of Femrite Drive 700 feet; more or less to the point of beginning. ALSO: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 29, thence North along the West line of Section 29 a distance of 1320 feet to the Northwest comer of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 29;thence Bet along the North line of the SW 1/4 SW 114 of Section 29 a distance of 602 feet, more or less, to the Westerly right-of-way line of Femrite Drive; thence S25° East along the Westerly right-of-way of Femrite Drive 200 feet to the point of beginning; thence S68°West, 230 feet;thence SCXP East, 325 feet; thence N68°East, 375 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Femrite Drive;thence N25°West along the Westerly right-of-way line of Femrite Drive 300 feet to the point of beginning.
