Agriculture District to the R-1 Residential District. Pet. #4806: Part of the NE 1 /4 SE 1 /4 Section 28 , Town of Deerfield described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Lot #1 , CSM #1722 extended and the centerline of London Road; thence S 89° 32' 15" West, 156 more or less feet along the centerline of London Road; thence N 04° 01 ' 31 " East, 449.6 more or less feet; thence S 83° 31 ' 53" East 50.0 feet; thence N 06° 28 '07" East 204.0 feet; thence S 76° 15' 10" East 260 more or less feet to the West line of proposed Sky Terrace right-of-way; thence Southerly 170 more or less feet along said right-of-way line to the Northerly right-of-way line of Starlite Drive; thence N 83° 31 ' 53" West 135 more or less feet; along said Northerly right-of-way line to the Northwest corner of CSM #1722; thence S 10° 06' 05" West 66.10 feet; thence S 06° 39' 30" West, 168.86 feet; thence S 00° 27' 45" East 1970 feet to the centerline of London Road and point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
