ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4851 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> B-1 Local Business District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4851: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 22, Town of Sun Prairie <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 22; <br /> thence North along the West line of the Northwest quarter Section 22, 487.3 <br /> feet to the intersection with the centerline of CTH T; thence Northeasterly <br /> 1453.5 feet along the centerline of CTH T; thence South 115 feet; along a line <br /> parallel to and 33 feet West of the East line SW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence N 81° 00' <br /> East 15 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be rezoned. Thence <br /> continue N 81° 00' East 300 feet; thence South 200 feet; thence S 81° 00' West <br /> 300 feet; thence North 200 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoptin by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A.
