• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4807 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4807: <br /> Part of the Southeast corner of NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 20, Town of Black Earth <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner, of the NE 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4, Section 20 and the point of beginning. Thence West 295.16 feet; thence <br /> North 295.16 feet; thence East 295.16 feet; thence South 295.16 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The following conditions are imposed on the rezone pursuant to §10.255 (3) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances: <br /> 1. The property owner shall comply with the Town's requirements for <br /> installation of a driveway. <br /> A.maximum grade of the driveway shall not exceed 10%. <br /> B.a culvert shall be installed if required. <br /> EFFECTIVE: 1. 3 140 <br />
