The specific location and dimensions of the berm <br /> shall be determined by the Town engineer. <br /> b) the existing driveway shall be relocated to the West, the specific <br /> location to be determined by the Town engineer. <br /> c) construction of the berm and relocation of the driveway shall be <br /> completed before May 30, 1990. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
