JEER RESTRICTION <br /> for <br /> WATERCRESS PARK ASSOCIATION <br /> Town of Dunn, Jane County , Wisconsin <br /> 1. WHEREAS, Watercress Park Association Incorporated , <br /> a Wisconsin nonprofit corporation, (hereinafter , "Owner" ) <br /> is the owner of the following described real property <br /> located in the Town of Dunn, Dane County , Wisconsin (hereinafter) , <br /> to4wit : <br /> Lot One (1) , Certified Survey Map No. 1670 , <br /> recorded in Volume 7 of Certified Survey Maps <br /> of Dane County , page 21 as Document No . 1426526 , <br /> in the Town of Dunn, Dane County , Wisconsin , <br /> being a part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of <br /> Section 17 , T6N , R10E , containing 5. 01 acres , <br /> and <br /> 2. WHERAS, said Land presently contains fourteen (14) <br /> detached cottages each occupied by families which are <br /> separate and distinct members of the Owner plus various <br /> outbuildings ; <br /> 3. WHEREAS, as part of e re-zoning of said Land by <br /> Dane County from the A-1 Agricultural District (Exclusive) <br /> to the R-4 Residence District , said Owner desires to place <br /> certain restrictions thereon , to bind the Owner and those <br /> who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 4. NOW THEREFORE, in concideration of the mutual benefits <br /> passing to and from the Owner and those who may hereafter <br /> purchase said Land and the parties named as beneficiaries <br /> of these restrictions , the following deed restrictions are <br /> hereby impased : <br /> A.
