ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4809 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-4 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4809: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Lot #1, CSM 1670 found in Volume 7, Page 21 of Certified Survey Maps Dane <br /> County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> The amendment will be effective, if within 90 days its adoption by Dane County <br /> ,the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on <br /> said land running in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Baord as well <br /> as the owners of the land: <br /> Use of the property shall be restricted as follows: <br /> a) . The land shall contain not more than fourteen (14) detached single <br /> family dwellings being buildings each designed for and occupied <br /> exclusively as a residence for one (1) family. <br /> b) . For each detached single family dwelling there shall be not more than <br /> one (1) accessory building upon the land to be used for the storage of <br /> personal property and recreational equipment belonging to the members of <br /> said owner, who owns the dwelling associated with the accessory building. <br /> c) . Each detached single family dwelling shall contain not more than two <br /> (2) floors and each floor shall not exceed 1,000 square feet.
