Thence continue S 89° 59' 30" East, 549.33 feet; thence N 00° 00' <br /> 30" East, 165.82 feet; thence N 89° 59' 30" West, 467.70 feet; thence N 00° 14' <br /> 48" West, 320.83 feet; thence N 59° 29' 23" West, 193.23 feet to the centerline <br /> of Dunlop Hollow Road; thence S 28° 53' 00" West, along said centerline 587.00 <br /> feet; thence along the arc of a curve concaved Southeasterly having a radius of <br /> 650.81 feet and a long chord bearing S 28° 38' 47" West, a distance of 5.36 <br /> feet; thence S 89° 59' 30" East, 306.32 feet; thence S 44° 59' 30" East, 93.34 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
