F ` <br /> i. <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4865 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4865: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 21, Town of Albion described as follows: _ _ <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Outlot #2, Assessor's Plat Village of <br /> Albion, thence Westerly along the North right-of-way line of Bliven Road 392 <br /> feet more or less to the point of beginning. Thence Northerly 530 feet more or <br /> less; thence Westerly 411 feet more or less; thence Southerly 530 feet more or <br /> less; thence Easterly 411 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
