PETITION NO. 86 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> ALBION <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 21 , Town of Albion , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4865: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1 /4 Section 21 , Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Outlot #2, Assessor's Plat Village of <br /> Albion, thence Westerly along the North right-of-way line of Bliven Road 392 <br /> feet more or less to the point of beginning. Thence Northerly 530 feet more or <br /> less; thence Westerly 411 feet more or less; thence Southerly 530 feet more or <br /> less; thence Easterly 411 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
