Box 93 <br /> McFarland, WI 53558 <br /> (608) 221-1243 <br /> July 10 , 1990 <br /> Dane County Zoning <br /> Room 116 , City-County Building <br /> Madison, Wisconsin 53709 <br /> RE: Change of Zoning - Keenan Road, Town of Dunn <br /> Dear Sir or Ms . : <br /> This Application For Change In Zoning is being submitted by Lois <br /> Sterna whose address is 809 South Main Street , Oregon, Wisconsin <br /> 53575 . <br /> The legal description of the land which is the subject matter of <br /> this application is as attached hereto on the proposed Certified <br /> Survey Map as completed by Mead and Hunt Surveyors . This par- <br /> ticular parcel is zoned agricultural , and is a division off from <br /> a farm which was heretofore owned by the applicant. The appli- <br /> cant sold the farm, and wishes to retain two lots for future use. <br /> Request is made to zone the parcel R 1. <br /> The proposed parcel to be rezoned does not have a separate t+ax <br /> parcel number, however, the parcel number of the entire farm 'is <br /> 14-0610-163-9500-8 , and, 14-0610-164-9000-2 . <br /> Petitioner plans to keep the lots for future personal use and/or <br /> family use. It is possible that if neither the petitioner nor <br /> her family desires to use the same in the future that the lots <br /> may be sold. However, there is no planned development of the <br /> parcels at this time , and therefore there is no time schedule for <br /> development. The acreage and square footage of the lots is as <br /> set forth on the Certified Survey Map. <br /> The Town of Dunn has approved this land division subject to and <br /> conditioned upon the following: <br /> 1 . Change in zoning to R 1; <br /> 2 . Each parcel is to have a separate well; <br /> 3 . Payment of the parkland dedication fee. <br /> You will note on the Certified Survey Map that the surveyor has <br /> notated that the lots have access to public sewer . That <br /> reference would be deleted from the final Certified Survey Map, <br />
