PETITION NO. .AaLE) <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 24 , Town of Christiana , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 F,x_ _AQrirulturP District to the <br /> R-1A Residential District. <br /> Pet. #4868: <br /> Part of the NW 1 /4 SE 1 /4 Section 24 , Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the the South quarter corner of said Section 24; thence N 00° 14 ' <br /> 46" East, 1816.66 feet along the North-South quarter line of said Section 24 to <br /> the Southwest corner of CSM #4176 and the point of beginning. Thence S 75° 29 ' <br /> 12" East, 407 .79 feet; thence N 14° 38' 40" East 259.2 feet; thence S 75° 29' <br /> 12" East, 179.39 feet more or less; thence S 14° 38' 40' West, 325.2 feet more <br /> or less; thence N 75° 29 ' 12" West, 570.4 feet more or less; thence N 00° 14 ' <br /> 46" East 68 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
