Statement <br /> (a) The proposed use for lot 1 of the property to be rezoned <br /> is for a single family dwelling. Lot 2 is not useful for <br /> any purpose other than conservation. The third parcel <br /> described above is currently a single family dwelling and <br /> the rezoning request is made to provide a zoning designation <br /> to that property which conforms to current regulations. <br /> (b) It is anticipated that a single family dwelling will be <br /> constructed on lot 1 within 3 years. <br /> (c) Approximately 22 acres are involved in the rezoning <br /> request for lots 1 and 2 . There are 3 . 3 acres in the third <br /> parcel described. <br /> (d) Lots 1 and 2 of CSM 5218 were approved for rezoning <br /> from Al to A2 by the Dane County HRw.d09,J Supervisors <br /> approval of zoning petition #3871! in March or April of 1987 . <br /> Failure, due to an oversight, to record a requested deed <br /> restriction resulted in the rezoning petition to be voided. <br /> This rezoning request is made in order that the deed <br /> restriction may be filed and the rezoning be completed. <br /> !1 <br /> William H. ,/wford <br /> landowner <br />
