. 67`1 <br /> Administrative/Personnel <br /> Policies for Sunshine <br /> Day Care <br /> ADMINISTRATOR: <br /> The administrator, shall be responsible for the <br /> management of the day care, to include, personnel , finances, <br /> and physical maintance of the day care. The Administrator <br /> will be Brian Roelke at this time. <br /> PROGRAM DIRECTOR/CHILD CARE TEACHER: <br /> The director will he responsible for supervision <br /> of the planning and implementation of the day care program <br /> and for directing the orientation and in-service training <br /> of the staff for the day care. The child care teacher shall <br /> assist in the planning and implementation of the daily activities <br /> for the different designated groups of children in the day <br /> care. The current program director/child care teacher will <br /> be Marcia Roelke. <br /> ASSISTANT CHILD CARE TEACHER: <br /> The assistant child care teacher shall work under <br /> the direct supervision of the child care teacher with the <br /> designated groups of children in the day care. The assistant <br /> child care teachers will be Kelly Krueger and Will Reolke. <br /> VOLUNTEERS : <br /> Volunteers working in this day care will have <br /> at least 4 hours of training in day care programming and <br /> procedures before working in the classroom. These volunteers <br /> can and may be from the local High School as students, working. <br />
