ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4871 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> R-3A Residential and RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4871: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> TO R-3A: Beginning at the Northwest corner of CSM #1644; thence N 05° 18' 30' <br /> East, 313.46 feet more or less to the South right-of-way of CTH TT; thence <br /> along said South right-of-way line North 89° 21' 20" East 143.17 more or less <br /> feet; thence S 05° 18' 30" West, 313.46 more or less feet to the North line of <br /> CSM 1644; thence S 89° 21' 20" West, 143.17 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-1: Beginning at the Southwest corner of CSM #1644; thence N 88° 09' <br /> West 477.48 feet; thence N 87° 33' West, 286.34 feet to the Southeast corner of <br /> CSM 2746; thence N 02° 42' 26" East, 521.04 along East line of CSM 2746; thence <br /> S 87° 17' 34" 790 East 790 more or less feet; thence S 05° 18' 30' West, 547.91 <br /> feet along the West line of CSM 1644 to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
