ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4878 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the LC-1 <br /> Limited Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4878: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 29, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 29; thence S 89° 16' 43" <br /> West along the North line of said Section 29; 128.21 feet; thence S 02° 22' 15" <br /> West, 33.05 feet to the South line of Gray Road and the point of beginning of <br /> this description; thence S 32° 14' 58" East, 190.79 feet to the West line of <br /> USH 51; thence S 01° 32' 01" East along the West line of USH 51, 43.35 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 16' 43" West, 212.40 feet; thence N 01° 32' 01" West, 206.00 feet <br /> to the South line of Gray Road; thence N 89° 16' 43' East along the South line <br /> of Gray Road; 114.94 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: OCT (J8 ��+� <br />
