ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4879 , <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> C-1 Commercial and A-2(4) D.R. District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4879: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 3, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: TO C-1: All of Lot #2, CSM 5374 and part Lot #1 CSM 5374 described <br /> as follows: The South 310 feet of Lot #1 CSM 5374. TO A-2(4): The North <br /> 908.82 feet of Lot #1, CSM 5374. Deed restricted: Residential use in the <br /> A-2(4) zoned area is not permitted. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owers of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Use of the property shall be limited as follows: <br /> 1) . The C-1 zoned area shall be restricted to aviation related uses. <br /> 2).
