ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4880 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> and R-3A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4880: <br /> Part of the NW SW - Section 27 and NE SE - Section 28, Town of Deerfield <br /> described as follows: TO R-3A: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said NE <br /> 1/4 SE 1/4; thence North, 363 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> North, 438 feet to the South line of Simonson Lane; thence Easterly along said <br /> South line, 490 feet; thence South, 370 feet; thence West 500 feet to the point <br /> of beginning.
