Agriculture District to the C-2 commercial District. Pet. #4861 : Part of the SE 1 /4 NE 1 /4 Section 23, Town of Blooming Grove described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 23, thence N 00° 15 ' 57" West, along the east line of said SE 1 /4 NE 1 /4, also being the east line of CSM 2951 , recorded in Volume 11 of Certified Surveys on pages 352 and 353, Dane County Register of Deeds , 184.22 feet to the Northeast corner of sid CSM 2951 ; thence N 83° 19 ' 44" West, along the North line of said CSM 2951 , 244.72 feet; thence N 04° 35 ' 18" East, 270.97 feet; thence N 89° 44 ' 03" East, 220.00 feet to the East line of said SE 1 /4 NE 1 /4, thence S 00° 15 ' 57" East, along said East line 299.56 feet to the Northeast corner of said CSM 2951 and the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
