From this <br /> distribution center local route trucks will make deliveries to retail <br /> customers in the area. <br /> We strongly and respectfully request that we be treated <br /> consistently with the lots on either side of us, and be granted <br /> unrestricted C-2 zoning. For us to receive a restricted C-2 zoning <br /> means that the value of our property would be diminished relative to <br /> our adjacent landowners. <br /> However, if you are unwilling to grant us an unrestricted C-2 <br /> zoning, we must have the following uses specifically approved, in <br /> order to cover our proposed current use and certain foreseeable <br /> contingencies.
