Boulevard <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> Dear Committee Members : <br /> we write with respect to our request to rezone from c-1 to <br /> C-2 Commercial District the 5 . 25 acres in the Town of Blooming <br /> Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin we are proposing to purchase from Evan <br /> Acres , Inc . <br /> We plan to use this property as a bottling company distri- <br /> bution center where delivery of our products from the regional bot- <br /> tling plant will be made by tandem trucks . From our distribution <br /> center local route trucks will make deliveries to area customers . <br /> To accommodate our planned operation, we request the following per- <br /> mitted uses : <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the C-1 Commercial <br /> 4 District without limitation as to size. <br /> (b) Major repairs to motor vehicles (necessary <br /> for our operation) . <br /> ( i ) Truck and bus terminals (we are presently <br /> contemplating owning and operating our own <br /> trucks , but we may decide to lease this equip- <br /> ment) <br /> (m) Bottling plants ( in the event gasoline <br /> prices or other costs of distribution increase <br /> substantially in the future, it may become neces- <br /> sary to bottle our product locally ) <br />
