Request by Lord and Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church for a <br /> change in zoning . <br /> 1 . The Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS ) has <br /> purchased ten acres of land from Gary DiVall for a <br /> building site for Lord and Savior Church. WELS informed <br /> the members of our Church that five acres should be <br /> adequate for our needs and indicated that we should sell <br /> the other five acres as soon as possible . <br /> 2 . While WELS has purchased the land, the congregation of <br /> Savior must repay <br /> the Synod . Being Lord and Sa p y y 9 ab <br /> le to sell <br /> the five acres will decrease the amount of money the <br /> congregation owes to the Synod . <br /> 3 . Originally, DiVall sold the lots as two five acre lots and <br /> two ten acre lots . The person who purchased the other ten <br /> acre lot received permission to sell five acres . <br /> Therefore, at the present time there are four five acre <br /> lots and our ten acre lot . <br /> 4 . In response to the WELS request, and to make all of the <br /> lots five acres, Lord and Savior Lutheran Church is <br /> requesting permission to change our lot to five acres so <br /> that we may sell the other five . <br /> John L .
