ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4887 s. <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> the Town of Westport Maps of P <br /> Zoning Distric ort be amended to include in the RH-2 p <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4887/879: f <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Lot #3, CSM 5511 found in Volume 25 Page 120 of Certified Survey Maps Dane <br /> County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Livestock is limited to horses only. <br /> B.
