ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4889 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of • <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4889: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 27 , Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 27; thence N 00° 00' 20" <br /> West, along the West line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 27, 1,322.57 <br /> feet; thence S 89° 51' 00" East, 1,986.90 feet; thence S 00° 03' 38" East, <br /> 442.16 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 00° 03' 38" East, <br /> 243.00 feet to the North right-of-way line of USH 12; thence N 75° 58' 20" West <br /> along said North line, 731.00 feet; thence N 00° 03' 38" West, 150.00 feet; <br /> thence S 83° 13' 45" East, 714.08 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
