Marcy found the corner by stump of Black <br /> Oak S57E 0.94 in line with east-west fence. Lindsay(the old resident)was present and stated that <br /> he cut the B.T. by mistake and afterwards found the U.S. marks on it. <br /> Bluebook Surveys volume 5, page 252 <br /> - On May 20, 1899, while working in Section 19, W.L. Marcy shows a distance from the southeast <br /> corner of Section 24 to the soutwest corner of Section 18 of 16.95 chains (1118.7') <br /> Bluebook Surveys volume 5, page 254 <br /> -On June 29, 1903,while working in Section 19, W.L. Marcy found the stake 5.6'west of the <br /> wagon road. Bluebook Surveys volume 1, page 291 <br /> -John Bloodgood shows that he set a 3/4" iron rod on survey N7483S <br /> (j) I, Richard Marks, Professional Land Surveyor number S-1473 hereby certify that the corner location <br /> shown on this record was determined by me or under my direction and is correct.
