U.S. PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD <br /> I N S T R U C T I O N S : This record shall show the location of the corner and shall <br /> include all of the following nine elements (a through i). <br /> (a) Identify the corner by <br /> reference to the U.S. I <br /> public land survey system. I i <br /> (b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence, testimonial evidence or <br /> any other material evidence you considered, and whether the monument was found or placed. <br /> I set a 1-1/4" solid iron rebar at this corner 21 feet north of and existing <br /> concrete post per survey done by R.W. Long dated March 2, 1922 and set <br /> four new ties as shown below. <br /> (c) In the plan view drawing below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. <br /> (Witness monuments shall be made of concrete, natural stone, iron or other equally durable <br /> material). Describe witness monuments. <br /> (d) Show a plan view drawing SET A 1-1/4" SOLID <br /> depicting the relevant IRON REBAR AT THE <br /> monuments and reference ties SOUTH 1/4 CORNER OF <br /> which is sufficient in detail SECTION 19, T6N, R7E SET 2'± <br /> to enable accurate relocation EAST OF <br /> of the corner monument if the EXISTING <br /> • FENCE <br /> corner monument is disturbed. <br /> Indicate north.
